Maturing Your IT Organization

Duration: 1 Hour
For many organizations, it is difficult to know how well they are doing in the different aspects of IT management. By using an IT Management Maturity Model, you can gain an objective understanding of how your IT organization is truly performing in over 100 critical attributes. Just as importantly, the maturity model provides descriptions of the various levels of maturity for each attribute, as well as the steps that can be taken to mature to the next level. As an example:

Do you have a well-defined set of rules of what decisions are made at what level in your governance structure?
Even if you have a well-defined set of rules, does your decision making actually follow those rules? What are the procedures for escalation when required?
Based on your current governance model, what is the next logical step you should take to improve your organizational decision making?
In this on-demand webinar, our highly experienced CEO, Richard A. Spires, co-author of this IT Maturity Model, will show you exactly how teams and organizations can be assessed and exactly what kind of help is needed to achieve the next level of maturity.
