Who Should Attend: Current Project Managers, aspiring Project Managers.
Official Prerequisites: PeopleCert requires one of the following certifications as a prerequisite. PeopleCert will not release exam results without proof of certification.

Prior working knowledge with PRINCE2 is very helpful. Spending some time familiarizing yourself with the official PRINCE2 eBook before class will also help.

What to Expect

Exam Prep Course: This course is designed to help you prepare for the practitioner certification exam. You can expect coverage of all exam learning objectives, with a focus on understanding key concepts, terminology, and how they’re assessed. For a deeper, more hands-on learning experience, consider Course 296, Project Management Fundamentals or Course 287, Complex Project Management.
Content Volume: Certification courses cover a large amount of material in a short time. Instructors prioritize content tied to exam objectives. Supplementary topics will be addressed as time allows.
Class Pace: Certification courses are fast-paced and adhere to a strict schedule, ensuring all exam objectives are covered. While discussions and examples are included, the focus remains on certification readiness.
Outside of Class Study Time: Plan for self-study outside of class, especially if the concepts are new to you. Passing the exam is not guaranteed.

You will sit your exams after you have completed your training course at a date and time that fits your schedule. Visit the PeopleCert website for more information.

Take2 is the exam re-sit option, if you are not successful on your first attempt. This complimentary benefit is available for all attendees for publicly scheduled course events of this PeopleCert class. After your exam, you will be notified by PeopleCert that you are eligible to register for the exam re-sit.

Please note that you must re-sit the exam within six months of your initial exam.
